Manage billing
Monthly and annual Pro subscribers can manage eligible billing through Stripe’s customer portal.

If a valid license says too many browser installations are active, email support. We can clear an old browser profile without changing the license.
Helpful bug report
Include your browser + version, operating system, Rexplorer version, the Reddit page/post, and a screenshot or description of what you expected.
Activate Rexplorer Pro
- Copy the Rexplorer license key from your purchase email.
- Open Reddit with Rexplorer installed.
- Open Rexplorer’s settings / upgrade area.
- Choose Upgrade / Enter License, paste the key, and validate.
The same entitlement can be used across supported Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge builds. Current versions use a random per-browser-profile installation ID to discourage casual key sharing; Rexplorer does not hardware-fingerprint your computer.
Before contacting support
Reload the Reddit page, confirm Rexplorer is enabled, and check the extension version in your browser’s extension manager. If the issue is media-specific, include the Reddit link so it can be reproduced.
