Rexplorer Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Rexplorer Chrome extension (“the Extension”).
By installing or using Rexplorer, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Rexplorer Does
Rexplorer provides an alternate visual browsing mode for Reddit by reorganizing publicly available content on reddit.com into a media-first layout.
The Extension does not modify Reddit posts, vote on content, or interact with your Reddit account.
2. Use Requirements
You may use Rexplorer only if:
You are at least 13 years old
You comply with Chrome Web Store policies
You comply with Reddit’s terms when accessing their service
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or modify the Extension.
3. Pro Version & Licensing
Purchasing a Pro or Lifetime license grants access to additional features.
Licenses are tied to your browser/client and may periodically verify validity.
Refunds are handled according to the payment processor’s refund rules (such as Stripe).
Refund Policy
Refunds are offered within 7 days only if the extension cannot be used due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve.
All other sales are final.
4. Privacy
Rexplorer does not collect personal data.
Settings, favorites, and hidden posts remain on your local device.

5. Third-Party Content
Rexplorer displays content from Reddit, which is owned by its respective creators.
The Extension does not claim ownership of any Reddit content.
You are responsible for using Reddit in compliance with Reddit’s Terms of Service.
6. Limitations of Liability
Rexplorer is provided “as-is” without warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect Reddit data, browser issues, or third-party service interruptions.
We are not responsible for changes Reddit makes that affect the Extension’s behavior.
7. Modifications to the Extension
Features may change over time, including free and Pro features.
We may update the Extension to maintain compatibility with Reddit or Chrome.
8. Termination
We may suspend access to Pro features for license violations or abuse.
You may uninstall the Extension at any time via Chrome’s Extensions menu.
