Rexplorer Support
Installation & Usage
- Install and activate Rexplorer for free from the Chrome Web Store.
- Browse to whatever Reddit page you want to see in gallery mode.
- Click “Open Media Gallery” on the blue floating pill in the bottom right.
- (Optional) Enable “Allow in Incognito” -> Chrome -> Window Menu -> Extensions -> Rexplorer Details
- To Upgrade: Purchase a license key and activate it from within the Rexplorer settings drop down.
Report an Issue
Before sending an issue, please include:
Your browser version
Your Reddit URL when the issue occurred
A brief description of what happened
Screenshots if possible
Send reports to:
Common Fixes
Make sure the gallery is enabled on the current Reddit page
Refresh the Reddit page after enabling Turbo Mode
Try disabling other extensions that modify Reddit’s layout
Clear extension data (Chrome → Extensions → Rexplorer → Clear Data)
